As CEO, Tammy Tibbetts oversees business and fundraising, communications and PR, and brand partnerships for She's the First, which provides scholarships to girls in low-income countries with the goal of creating first-generation graduates and our next generation of global leaders.

She's the First also has 200+ chapters at high schools and universities, mostly across the U.S. A staff of five, along with an incredibly supportive Board, Junior Board, and volunteer base, is located in New York City.

Previously, Tammy worked for Hearst Magazines, where she founded three profitable digital properties for Seventeen.com and became the first social media editor of Seventeen.
